• ADDITIONAL PETS: Households with 2 or more pets will be charged an extra $2.00 per additional dog and $1.00 per additional kitty,bird,hamster etc. each visit.
  
  
• OUTSIDE SERVICE AREA: Clients living outside of the Palm Harbor surrounding area will be charged an additional $2-$4 per visit depending on the distance traveled.
  
  
• HOLIDAY SURCHARGE: Visits scheduled on New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day are subject to an additional $10.00 holiday surcharge. Christmas Week & Thanksgiving Week
  there will be a charge of $2.00 extra per visit.
   
  
  
• PETS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Pets that have special needs and  require customized care will be charged and additional rate per visit. 
  
  
  
• Pre-Service Interview: A $25.00 deposit is required during the pre-service interview. This deposit will apply to your first scheduled booking. Deposit will expire
  90 days from date of interview.
  Clients will be charged $10.00 for each subsequent interview that may be required after that.
