To provide the best possible service for you and your pets, Pet Nanny Service has established the following policies:

PETS
To take advantage of this alternative luxury, your pet(s) must be up to date on vaccinations and have a safe/well tempered disposition.

VISITS
Dogs are required to receive a minimum of 2 visits per day. Cats must receive at least 1 visit every day. In the event of repeated (2 or more) accidents (eg. urine/stool) not related to pet illness, an additional daily visit will be scheduled and clients will be charged accordingly.

Due to risk of liability, Pet Nanny Service does not share pet care duties with friends, neighbors etc. if you would like a family member to help out with your pets/home a "release of liability form" must be signed.

 A safe neighborhood is a must and, for the Pet Nanny's safety, the last visit of the day will be no later than 9:00pm.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
For visits scheduled 48 hrs (or less) before departure a $2.00 extra charge per visit will apply.

CONFIRMATION CALLS
All clients will receive a confirmation call the day before their scheduled departure. If you do not receive your confirmation call, please contact Pet Nanny Service before you leave town.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS (CHRISTMAS & THANKSGIVING WEEK)
If your trip is taken during this time a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at booking.

PAYMENT
Fees for pet sitting services are to be paid in full via cash or cheque at the first scheduled visit.

For overnight bookings a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately upon reservations .

CANCELLATIONS
48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made on the day of a scheduled visit are non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur after payment is received, a credit will be provided for all remaining paid services.

KEY COPIES & PICKUP
A tested/working key must be provided at the time of the pre-service interview. A $10.00 charge will apply for key pickup on any other date.
